In terms of social education atmosphere, American TV shows are abundant and purposeful since different shows are dESIgned for different age of children. besides, TV shows are always contained by daliy stories and the think of the daily life instead of the advertisement which can adults understand only. However, Chinese children's TV programs are just interesting and IT is hard to find some meaningful themes during the shows, such as "XIYANGYANGvs HUITAILANG"and "XIONGCHUMO"--loved by Chinese children but meaningless.

II. Lead-in: (2questions/listen to the text)
1. What is the Friend or Enemy mentioned in the title? 这两题在听录音前提出,
让学生带着问题听录音。
2. Whose friend is it? And whose enemy? (基础题)
3. Do you like spiders? 此题稍难,要求学生利用
课外获得的信息进行分析
